Uchenna Dance provides management and consultancy for artists and organisations, helping to create and managing events and projects in the dance and performing arts sector. From a one-off consultation meeting to a more strategic and long-term support scheme, the Uchenna Dance Management & Consultancy Team can offer advice to a huge variety of clients.
Areas of support include the development of project concepts and ideas, project coordination, day-to-day management, on the day events management, marketing, recruitment, budget creation and management and evaluation.
