Toni-Marie Thorpe

Toni-Marie has a BA (Hons) in Dance Studies gained at Middlesex University, as well as training in RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap and IDTA Jazz. Her performance credits include: ‘Serious About Streetdance’ at the Indigo2, O2; ‘Resolution!’ at the Robin Howard Theatre, The Place; Bernie Grants Arts Centre (all with Uchenna Dance), as well as performances at: ‘Live Vibe,’ Sadlers Wells; ‘Dances then and Now,’ ArtsDepot, The Young Vic Theatre, the Gordon Craig Theatre and Millfield Theatre. Toni-Marie works as the video choreographer for NuGen Music, an up-and-coming dance music act, as well as being the Projects & Events Assistant at Uchenna Dance. Toni is a qualified dance teacher, working freelance, and currently teaches at a number of dance and theatre schools across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London. Toni joined Uchenna Dance Company in September 2010.
